Bio
I am an IFBB Bikini Athlete. I was born and raised in Russia, moved to New York in 2008.
My whole life I've been very active and staying fit has always been a huge part of it. Having always finding ways to challenge myself, I've decided to take it a step further and September 2012 confidently stepped on a competitive stage as an NPC athlete. Since then my life has taken a quite a turn and I became hooked, in three months I've competed in five shows, my persistency and dedication paid off when I earned my IFBB pro card by winning Arnold Classic Amateur Show, Ohio, March 2013. I am looking forward to compete at the international level and being part of this sport for years to come. Eventually I'd like to qualify for the Olympia and get the invite for Arnold Classic.
Fitness is a lifestyle for me, I love the whole process of creating workouts, looking for new exercises, trying different diet plans and see what works the best for my body. I've learned so much since I started competing, whether it's in the gym or in the kitchen, I'm always looking forward to share my knowledge with others.
My main goal is to inspire and motivate other people to become healthy and fit. There's no greater feeling for me than knowing my personal achievements have inspired others to lead a healthy lifestyle.

Is it necessary to do 1,5- 2 hours cardio every day preparing for the show?

There are so many different opinions about how long should your cardio be. I usually do 30-40 min intense cardio every day, even getting closer to the show i keep it like this and sims to be working for me.
