Born and raised in beautiful New York. I graduated from Ithaca College in 2011, 2012 where I received my Bachelors in Physical Education and Masters in Health Education. Although I love teaching and still hope to have a career teaching kids, my current passion lies in fitness, modeling, personal training and NPC physique contests.

I have always been physically active; running track since high school and throughout college but found myself lost as my 4 years of eligibility was up. It was during this time I began working out my body individually by muscle groups and really focusing on building. Since then I turned from fashion model to fitness model and starting to compete in NPC Physique Contests. I love helping out others with their goals, eating plans, workouts or anything you need fitness related! Please feel free to ask any questions!
